The three bands mean I can swap between sizes without fumbling, and the base actually holds the dilator steady instead of slipping mid-use. The handle itself is easy to grip even with lube on my hands.

My hands cramp up less now that I'm not gripping the dilator directly, and the ergonomic handle actually makes the whole routine feel less awkward. The medium band holds a snug fit without slipping, which was my main worry.
