Quick answer
The Intimate Rose Small Dilator Set Bundle includes four progressive dilators (sizes 1–4), a vibrating pelvic wand, and a bottle of Serenity Lubricant, all designed to help you gradually and comfortably manage vaginismus symptoms.
Why this bundle works for vaginismus
Vaginismus involves involuntary pelvic floor muscle tightness, making vaginal penetration painful or impossible. A gradual dilation approach—starting with the smallest size and working up—is a cornerstone of physical therapy. This bundle gives you four sizes so you can progress at your own pace without buying separate sets.
The included vibrating pelvic wand adds another layer of relief: gentle vibration helps relax tight muscles before or during dilation, which can reduce discomfort and improve results. The lubricant ensures smooth, friction-free insertion, which is essential when tissues are sensitive.
What you save vs. buying separately
Purchasing the small dilator set, vibrating pelvic wand, and lubricant individually would total around $144. This bundle is priced at about $86, saving you roughly $58. You also get free shipping in the US, which adds further value.
The trade-off is that you're committing to a specific set of sizes. If you later need larger dilators (sizes 5–7), you'll need to buy the medium or large set separately. For most people starting treatment, sizes 1–4 are the right range, but it's worth considering your long-term goals.
Decision rules for the small dilator set bundle
- Choose this bundle if: You are new to dilation and want a complete starter kit that includes a vibrating wand for muscle relaxation and lubricant for comfort.
- Choose this bundle if: You prefer to buy a single package rather than sourcing dilators, a wand, and lubricant from different brands or listings.
- Skip this bundle if: You already own a vibrating pelvic wand or a preferred lubricant, because the bundle's value comes from combining all three items. In that case, buying the small dilator set alone may be more cost-effective.
- Skip this bundle if: You know you will need sizes larger than 4 (for example, if your doctor has recommended size 5 or 6 as a starting point). Consider the Medium Dilator Set (sizes 4–6) or Large Dilator Set (sizes 5–7) instead.
