Vibrating Wand Charger: Replacement and Care FAQs

Quick Answer

The Intimate Rose Vibrating Wand Charger is a direct replacement for your original charger, ensuring your device stays powered. Proper care and storage can extend its life and prevent charging issues.

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I clean my wand charger?

Unplug the charger before cleaning. Wipe the cable and connector with a dry or slightly damp cloth. Do not submerge in water or use harsh cleaners. Let it dry completely before plugging it back in.

What should I do if my charger stops working?

First, try a different outlet. If it still doesn't work, inspect the charger for visible damage like frayed wires. If damaged, replace it with the Intimate Rose Vibrating Wand Charger. If no damage, contact customer support. Have a spare charger on hand for travel or as a backup.

How should I store my charger?

Store the charger in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Avoid wrapping the cable tightly around the charger head, as this can stress the wire. A loose coil or a small pouch helps prevent tangles and damage.
