بربارين + قرفة سيلانية

I've been taking this with breakfast for about three weeks now and the one-capsule combo is way easier than choking down separate berberine and cinnamon pills. No aftertaste either, which I was bracing for.

The capsule is smaller than the berberine I took before, so it's easy to swallow with breakfast. Nice having both ingredients in one pill instead of two separate bottles on my counter.

Two months in and my afternoon energy crashes are noticeably milder. I like that the berberine and cinnamon come in one capsule instead of me juggling two separate bottles. The pills are on the larger side but go down fine with water.
