The vibrating wand was the surprise here, honestly. I expected to just use it for pelvic floor stuff but the vibration actually helps me relax before the dilators, so the size 6 goes in way easier than it used to. The lubricant it comes with doesn't get sticky either, which I didn't realize mattered
