골반통 번들 - 전체 확장기 세트 (GS)

The graduated sizes in this set made it so much easier to work up gradually instead of jumping straight to something too big. I've been using them a few times a week and the difference in my pelvic floor tension is noticeable.

I was honestly nervous about starting this, but having the full range of sizes in one set meant I could go at my own pace without ordering piece by piece. The smaller ones were a lot less intimidating than I expected, and I've already worked up a couple sizes in a few weeks.

As someone who dealt with tightness for years, these dilators come in a range of sizes that let me progress at my own pace without feeling rushed. The set is thorough enough that I haven't had to buy anything else separately.
